izzatuw Posted June 23, 2014 Share Posted June 23, 2014 (edited) If your ticket hasn't been replied to just wait, I had an issue that took me at least 4 days to wait for a reply. Usually not as long but I guess DE has more tickets to reply to than usual. Creating a thread about the issue will not get any attention from them nor will it solve your issue.
