But the fastest warframes are Loki and Ash.. Ashs ultimate deals TONS of damage.. Plus you have the crits from invisibility..

Banshee? Uhh, she's quick, but doesn't have the best damage output of the Frames. Her Ultimate can be devastating but otherwise she's more geared towards providing non-lethal support by pin-pointing enemy weakspots or silencing rooms to prevent alerting other mobs to your team's presence.

I think Volt would be a perfect fit for what you're looking for. He has high damage capabilities with his Shock and Ultimate, and his Speed ability makes him the quickest Frame in the game by far while it's active. His Shield ability isn't amazing, but it provides a nice little support option if you find yourself outgunned or teammates need some cover. He's also quite durable if you apply shield and vitality mods.

Ash is another good option, he has the second fastest base run-speed of the Frames and his Ultimate is ridiculous once you've levelled it up and maybe applied a Focus mod. His Smoke Screen ability also provides critical damage while it's active, though unfortunately it does run out very quickly.

They're both good Frames, and ideal for what you're suggesting. Just decide whether you prefer chopping people into itty-bitty bits or electrocuting them to death.

His Ultimate in particular can be quite buggy, as he warps from mob to mob slicing them up. It functions, and deals a very large amount of damage, but looks quite ugly compared to some of the more spectacular Ults and does sometimes glitch. Also some people find his teleport difficult to use as it requires a target, rather than pointing to a specific location.

I'd try Volt. His abilities and natural build make him one of the faster frames not geared to stealth. His parts are also not as obnoxious to get like some other frames right now.

99% of the dmg comes from weapons. Neither Ashs ultimate, nor Lokis invisibility will change that. Bossfights are not challenging/often enough to justify getting a Warframe that excels in one or both directions.

For me the strongest Warframes are those that can help when S#&$ hits the fan. You ask for dmg and speed. Volt is VERY fun to play and has superior speed. Plus, he has a devastating Uber ability and a very nice shield. Dont pick Ember though, who seems to be the fire counterpart to Volt, she is weak, except vs everything else than Infested.

My pick would be Mag... a GREAT uber, plus a gamechanging ability in Bullet Magnet. Btw, try pairing Mag with Excalibur and watch the results in boss fights :D. If the shield grineers werent so easily killed with armor pierceíng, this would be another great argument for her. Not the strongest warframe, but a great overall one.
