Not sure where you got the "said to be coming out yesterday" in addition to the "Said to be out today at twelve" but neither of those things have any validity to them whatsoever. DE, specifically Drew, has been really awesome in keeping us up to date here as of late within that section. So just head there to find out the most currently known information regarding the status of upcoming updates. What Moriarty said is in fact the most recent news we've been informed of.
