I went one game where I hit level 6 and unlocked 2 powers, and this past game I went to level 17 and finally unlocked a few mods....is there a way to know what you're going to unlock, or put it in your favor? The unlocks should be in the order that they are placed within your weapon/warframe. The unlocks, from what I've read, usually are from top left to right and then from the bottom left to right.
