Question Regarding Weapon Ranks

if i maxed a weapon to 30 and then i sell it to make up slot for other weps but some time later i buy an new  weapon to lvl mastery rank but im not sure if i alrdy lvled that weapon, where can i see if i have alrdy lvled that weapon to 30 or 20 or 10 etc

You can see progress like that in the Codex.

 

EDIT: If the weapon's codex entry has a golden star next to it, you've leveled it to 30.

you can also check in your profile. There is a long list of everything you have leveled and to what ranks you leveled them, how much you used them, accuracy with particular weapon, etc.
