Since When Did The Corpus Side With The Grineer?

Corpus are the kind of guys who would sell their own mother to their worst enemy if they would get 5 million Credits (Or plat) for it.

as many said, the prologue is before all the events happened.

and i only remember one event where grineer and corpus worked together, and that was Arid Fear.  Corpus hide themself in the void to make sure the tenno won't get the coordinates to Phobos.

and again, Corpus want Money, grineer need tech to keep themself alive, (i've read somewhere that grineer are better at fixing stuff then creating it) which results in Teeth clenching teamwork, they hate each other, but still work because each other has something the other want.

just one question remains, who sells US. the tenno. all those blueprints and weapons? Darvo? if yes, then hell, he must be RICH.

Think you answered your own question. Any of the corpus will backstab the other to make a buck so theres probably tons of them selling stuff to the Tenno under the table just like the grineer are probably feeding the lotus intel on the Corpus to make sure the Tenno keep them in check so they don't get strong enough to kick Grineer tail for good.

We maintain the balance its kind of like bonsai gardening but with a Boltor, Bronco and Nikana.

Well, keep in mind since the new prologue is just that, a prologue, they weren't quite at war with each other yet.

The whole Grineer vs Corpus thing hadn't escalated to that level yet if we go by chronological order. Things got a lot worse between them after the Tenno had been around for a bit.

How long ago is the prologue supposed to be?   It doesn't make sense for new players who actually keep the frame they chose in the prologue.  One minute the Corpus and Grineer are best friends, then they get to Venus and notice they're invading each other's ships?

Well, for one : Alad V is as much an enemy to the Corpus than he is to the Grineer; the Corpus under his command are merely loyal to him. How he happens to have as many as the whole of the Corpus faction is debatable but still, knowing Froh Bek wanted Alad dead is pretty telling (along with the hive event showing he's gone to the deep ends). Alad V is taking the extreme approach of egoism : he wants to lead but is not nearly competent enough to do so, going with underhanded deals to advance himself which comes back to bite him right back.

As for Darvo, he's exiled himself from the main Corpus corps to work with the Tenno. His loyalty is debatable at times (Stalker mission is an example) but he's pretty much against Corpus and Grineer in all shape or form and seems to have some morals along with his desire for profit. To be fair, he's actually one of the only Corpus who'd find something wrong with arming your enemies with your own weapons and expecting them to play fair. He's most likely aware that shooting yourself in the foot never really amounts to anything good in the long term.

As for Corpus selling Grineer their tech and weapons, they also sell their tech and weapons to the Tenno and (I assume) any resistance groups. The fact is, they profit from it and they really don't give a damn that Corpus TechTM weapons sold one day is used to gun them down the next. They're THAT fanatically focused on business and profit. Doesn't help that all their 'war' efforts are treated as a business first and foremost so that, for them, a victory is actually a significant profit and not really a militaristic advantage.

As for the Grineers themselves, they only see the Corpus as a mean to an end; they deal with them for tech they can't replicate due to their degenerations but know they'll eventually (in their mind) wipe out the Corpus if they do not relent. Much like the Grineer appears to respect the Tenno battle prowess, it's not a stretch to think that respect will go out the window the moment they find them too much of an annoyances (aka Grustrag 3). Also, that respect comes only when fighting for them; fighting against them automatically makes you eligible to their vast assortment of slurs.

Also another interesting parallel : anyone else notice that by having Vor now being Corrupted by the void's Neural Sentry and Alad V being infested gives those two factions an actual voice? As well as both being put at the very extremes of the scales? It's taking the Grineer vs Corpus rivalry to further extremes.

this^

well thought out, corpus come across as cut throat, (even to other corpus) and prefer profit over anything else. they also aren't as one dimensional as the grineer, more individuality. davro personally hates the grinner, doesn't mean they all do, or even if they do that their hatred can overwhelm the chance at profit.

as long as they don't get caught or have hangups like davro (and can we really trust him anyway? he could be lying about selling to the grineer), they're capable of anything if it pays.
