Decor Placement Is Giving Red Denial In So Many Places

Sorry, thought this post got lost among so many in the dojo section..

I'll work on some screens tomorrow night when I get in game. Primarily has to do with halls/connectors/the new ESC UI element.

I've known about the garden issues for a while, and I have a workaround of sorts for that, as I figured where the trees can be placed in most of the large gardens (yes at full height too). I'll try to include screens of that in another thread to help people out, or ask my guy I know that taught me to do it.

Not much can be done with the island decorations though, they're pretty much crap anyways..

I had the similar issue of hallways not being able to be decorated identically. Will try to get some screens.

Never had any of these problems till U14/ESC Decoration menu.

Hope these help the devs at least somewhat..

Thank you for the screenshots everyone! I have made a fix that will go live in the next PC update (14.2.4). Sadly the trees are still problematic, but the issues with the other decorations will no longer occur.

Woo! Now I can finally have bridges in my autumn room!

The trees will come later, yes?

My major gripe with the current placement system is rooms are not symmetrical.

You'd think in a square room or hallway if you could fit one item at a certain size, shape, and spot youd be able to place an exact same size and shape on the exact opposite side, which is rarely the case in our Dojos
