Killed jackal dozens of time on cbt, on relise and never seen this ...n rhino system. Some say that system no longer drop from this boss. Please tell me, is it true or am I just unlucky?)... Either you are just unlucky ( depending on how many times you actually killed Jackal ) or it´s a bug, haven´t killed him in a long time so all I can say is, keep on trying.
