Steelvirus Posted August 20, 2014 Author Share Posted August 20, 2014 Alright well, I've been progressing on the planet in the hopes of getting it unlocked but I still have no idea what else I'm suppose to do. I finished all the Missions on Neptune. There's two clan battles going on in two planets and a invasion in the other. Does that effect the unlocking of Ceres?
