The fact that the app has username and password fields indicate that it's using the old API (forbidden since June 11, 2013). With the new OAuth authentication you don't put your Twitter login credentials in an app. The app must open your browser, you login to Twitter and authorize the app there. Cyme Posted June 12, 2013 Share Posted June 12, 2013 So, in adition to the Warframe Alert Notification Program using the old non-working Twitter API that was retired yesterday, I guess the Digital Extreme servers are using the old Twitter API too to publish game alerts.
