Im Not Sure I Understand This Whole Tactical Alerts Thing.

My question is:

 

Is this an event like breeding grounds or arid fear, where its a one time thing, or is it a permanent addition to the game?

 

Like, will this be implemented alongside normal alerts, as in, they'll just appear randomly like any other alert but with higher difficutly and better rewards?

 

Or will these just be a temporary thing like an event?

It's a permanent add, from time to time we will have this kind of tactical alert and we'll have to do something similar.
