Ancient Healer Takes 1/2 Dmg?

I thought they had the same armor type now. Does the healing aura reduce their dmg taken by half or something as well?

 

I thought they could only reduce the dmg allies took but not their own :(.

their new power is to reduce incoming damage of any other friendly unit and gaining health based on the damge that the other units receive

 

they also become bigger the more health they gain

ANcient healers; reduce up to 90%  damagae from your attacks 

Ancient disruptors ;reduce up to 90%  AoE dmg from your attacks 

Toxic ancients; reduce up to 90% Toxic damage from your attacks

I could swear this guy was solo-alteast solo in the room. But what you're saying was what I thought too.
