Concerning Platinum Purchasing.

Hello everyone! Marishka Hargatae (who ever gets that is the best) I'm going to bring up this concern I have about platinum...I've purchased platinum many times before, and at most the most it has ever taken is around 10 minutes...

I bought platinum around 2 hours ago, and I have YET to get my platinum...this is weird, because after buying plat 3 or 5 times...for it to STILL not be here is making me wonder if there are any issues.

 

I've read on Region chat that a few people have said to hold off from buying platinum right now...but I didn't catch that before I bought.

I'd really like my platinum =/ My payment method has ALWAYS been "Debit" and this is irking me so bad.

 

Any info, I'd greatly appreciate it.
