Kaotyke Posted September 11, 2014 Author Share Posted September 11, 2014 We didn't see that coming.. you didnt get it, I was doing a T2S for formas, I got Radial Blind from a crate and I was "meh, wth dude?" give 3 minutes later and the fix for Radial Blind comes. ok it will be line of sight down the road according to the patch notes, but I hope there will be balance for Excal's other powers and Blind effects will make sense in the terms of: knee high obstacles wont block the blind effects, or a line of enemies where only the 1st one is blinded, throught walls I can understand taking this off.
