A lot of us PC users (I know it says PS4 user under my name cause I migrated to PS4) bought the starter kit to get kubrow's first. But the thing is. When I migrated my kubrow had issues with claimability and namability. Meaning I couldn't claim or name my kubrow. This issue has been fixed thank you DE Timo for fixing my issue. I think I should get a refund on the 65 plat because it took more thank two weeks ( maybe more) after u14 hit ps4 for me to be able to claim and use my kubrow since the main reason I bought starter was so I could get kubrow first. NovusNova Posted September 14, 2014 Share Posted September 14, 2014 Well I'm not sure, you could try but you've used the content you've paid for so I don't think they will refund you, and as Yazeth said, if they did give you your Plat back, they would remove whatever you purchased or got with it, like you kubrow (since you got it from the egg on the market).
