Difference being that Hydroid was like that from the beggining, in this case we had Argon removed from a not-always-available boss for absoultely no reason. I'm assuming the reason was that it wasn't supposed to be there in the first place. Some kind of bug replaced invasion and infestation planet resources with those from the void. I am of the opinion that those resources should have been made official for those missions, not removed. But once again, DE proves they're willing to do anything to increase RNG.
