I still do not understand why mods drop in this game mod

 

I've picked up Decisive Judgement, Flow, and Berserker and I'm not able to keep them ?

 

 

And just for the record I don't have any of those mods so I'm not unlocking them before anyone bloody says that, these mods drop like any normal rare mod in the rest of the game but you don't keep them

 

Is this a bug, or what ?

They aren't supposed to drop, these mods can be found elsewhere. The drops are from back when Specters were pure PvE.

 

You can now find Decisive Judgement from drops from Heavy Gunners and Grineer Wardens.

 

You can get Rage from Napalms.
