Edit2: Ironically I was slow posting because I was considering mentioning Mark Meer but wasn't 100% on him playing Mass Effect or just cosplaying Shepard and putting on the voice at conventions. Him and Keener were at a release party and and admitted to having trolled the ME3 Multiplayer demo in character over voice chat. Jenifer Hale admitted to never having played any of the games due to lack of time (if you look at her filmography, I'm not sure Hale even has time to sleep).
