Brimir
Watching Corpus Crewmen literally implode into torrents of blood as I shoot them with my Burston Prime (I've modded it with extra Slash damage just for that) makes me realize that Slash weapons simply are more visually satisfying to use - because giblets. So I was thinking that Impact and Puncture weapons should do the same thing, with their own flair. Puncture should bore giant holes into the enemy - imagine the Opticor tearing a hole in the chest of a poor Crewman! Impact should mangle the enemy into a bloody pulp; while Slash cuts limbs and heads off Impact should simply turn them into a giant hunk of unidentifiable meat! Imagine jump attacking a poor Crewman with Fragor.
Cyborger1
Puncture already kinda has its own flair. It has a tendency to tear off limbs and tear off the front of bodies. Impact has nothing. Support. Edited November 8, 2014 by Cyborger1
Brimir
If Puncture truly has something, it is not distinct enough from Slash gibbing for me to have noticed.
Lukap99
Impact should bend Corpus helmets and twist grineer at awkward angles.Infested are heavily lacking in gibbing.Corpus are ok mostly. Bring back vertical grineer cuts, I want to see my enemies spine.
DoomsDayDan
They should bring back gibbing too for blast and maybe impact, nothing was more satisfying than gibbing Ancients with my Gorgon
taiiat
thumbs up. on a side note, cutting Enemies in half with Slash and having their half Corpses dupe into two identical full Corpses is amusing, though obviously not intended.
