PC version is more of a peer-to-peer kind of thing (with all the strict NAT / forwarding horrors). Updates aside, I think the networking part of things will need a huge overhaul just to get the 2 platforms to work side by side. The game is peer2peer for every platform. We need just be signed into PSN/XBL to access online play. The only issue with crossplay are the console developers themselves. I suspect were crossplay to ever be integrated.
