Hmm, time to do some deep research

 

According on what i can see on the image, it's a Ceres Tileset, on the left side of the Screen we can see the number of Rounds, most likely to be Draco on Ceres. According to these facts, the Enemies are lvl 35-37.

 

But, i see he was on the Round 4, so the enemy lvl might be higher.

Seriously, it was getting in the Disgaea realm of damage there hahaha.

(Even though 67 mil is nothing when it comes to that game xDD)
