FLSH_BNG Posted December 22, 2014 Share Posted December 22, 2014 Mods for archwing are calculated the same way as mods for everything else, they use the base values. (values at unranked.) Weapons are different because certain mods actually modify the base damage, like Serration; and other mods use the modified values.
