I Have An Evil Idea About Eye Of Blight Aftermath: Balor Fomorian Invasion

So it goes like this:

 

Balor Fomorian Invasion

 

Without the Relays, remaining Balor Fomorians go unchecked.

 

Planets without Relays will be invaded randomly by Balor Fomorian, one at a time, and get their resource drop rate reduced to 50% (Except Dark Sector nodes and drop rates for Omega Isotope) until the ship is destroyed.

 

A special Archwing mission node will appear on affected planet, where players can damage Fomorian Core (similar to Operation Eyes of Blight).

 

The mission nodes can offer special rewards similar to other Invasion missions (Corpus Siege, Grineer Invasion, Infested Outbreak.) which players can get by completing the mission 5 times.

 

Each ship should take around 1-2 days to be destroyed.

Interesting idea, but no on the reduced resource rates. That would be too punishing for players in need of rare resources.

He is coming back. As an archwing boss, he is the size of a whole tile. Well at least that's what was said and shown on a livestream, who knows if that has changed by now.

It's the punishment for not saving the relay.

Maybe reducing resource drop rate by only 25% or something.
