Gas Vs Infested Huge Fps Drop

So when I try using gas against infested I get a drop in fps, like from 65 to 10~5.

 

That happens every time I hit a A.Healer or any Ancient I think, can really tell. They start glowing gold, like super mario gold.

 

Is there any option that I can disable to correct this? Any thoughts at all?

 

Corrosive is awesome against them, but I love seeing gas popping up in the middle of a crowd =D.

Putting particle effects on Low might help the FPS issue.

 

Maybe some advanced lighting is doing that whole gold thing? Might be color correction? (You are using an Amprex or something like it I am guessing?)

The gold color might be the gas/poison proc overstacking, because all procs dealt within Ancient Healer's aura goes straight to him.

Thank you all for posting in this thread; we were able to use the information you provided to reproduce the issue here (Super Mario gold was a very accurate description!).

 

Unfortunately this will still cause performance at low graphics settings, so until we've fixed the issue, the only advice I can give is to resist the urge to paint infested levels solid gold with your Torid.

maybe this might be a better discription, was using the Boar prime with 100% proc chance while having magnet and Gas modded in
