Its probably a limited edition version of Frost, like the Excalibur Prime. The blue things on the background look like its a blueprint. By the way, I will weep if it is Frost Prime (the helmet under the headpiece, the backpack thing, the shoulders all point to him). We didn't farm Moas for hours for this.
