Doing other activities that move the camera (such as hacking, zooming or codex scanning) do not fix it. Using a revive does. Not sure if falling off a teleport pit fixes it, but I don't think it does. No reproduction steps available, as it happens infrequently, though I think it might have to do with spamming too many buttons as the hack is finishing. Given the difficulty in reproducing this, may I make a feature request for a "reset camera" button in the settings? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I was helping someone out with one of their early quests and started hacking a terminal before the quest talking animations. Hack screen didn't come up, I got stuck in the hacking animation. I could escape out of it, but still couldn't interact with anything or pick anything up and using powers got me stuck in the hacking animation again.
