Id be ok if certain actions lessened or nullified some procs (better than wasting like 11 points on rapid resilience) \ Like picking up health orbs lessens bleeding Crotching keeps you warm so you thaw out rolling ends fire touching enemies while you are radiated passes on the radiation(?)
