Tempo Royale: Amazing Moveset That Still Commits The Same Sin. ( Highly Opinionated Feedback )

Tempo Royale itself? 10/10 favorite stance for Heavy Blade weapons.

What is this sin it still commits? It's the same sin that every melee weapon stance commits:

Attack sequences are far too long for what is wanted of melee weapons. If you build your melee weapon right you won't finish the combos. In terms of thematic sense these stances make none, at least on heavy weapons. If I hit someone with a giant and sharp piece of metal I have no use for stringing along lengthy attacks because the enemy is going to bed dead in at most three hits. If it takes way more than that to beat a regular mook with melee then I might as well use super high attack speed weapons like Fang Prime. Some of those attack animations should have been made into "heavy attacks" or some form of charge attack with a different damage modifier.

But I've been going through tons of combos on a single ene-

Oh wait, I've been running the escalation alert against lvl 130+ enemies... -_-

Really though, I've been disappointed with combos since they were added, they're just too much nonsense for too little reward (especially when an attack at the end of a 5+ hit combo opens an enemy up for a finisher). Outside of this tactical alert, I hardly ever use anything other than quick melee attacks and use stances almost entirely for the mod point boost.
