Reviving In T3 Survival Causes Ui To Become Unrespensive

I was using Loki when I died in the T3 survival

I was actually trying to fix a bug that caused me not to use my powers so I thought dying and reviving would fix it

of course I died, revived and ended up where I could not see my character but my team could

they could also see my crotch

 

I was invisible and could not use abilities, open the options menu. I could do nothing but I could chat IF i pressed esc and then spoke that way.

 

at the end of the missions I got this screen

 

However, when I went to my liset, it only showed me the success screen from the mission prior to the T3 mission. I received no rewards/credits for that mission.

I dont know how this can be recreated as apparently dying and reviving is not the only thing involved in this bug

did you have a head in game? same thing happened to me and my frame didnt have a head

here are some pictures from my T4 Survival that  I did, and didnt get any rewards, i went around 40 minutes so i would like to be compensated, since i could not move or fight in order to evacuate.
