dandeloreon
Have you tried the following. Updating all of the graphics drivers? Fully updating windows to all the current patches? Turn off threaded rendering? Lowering the renderer settings? Running the game in DX9 mode? Lower the physics settings?
taiiat
i'm more interested in you suggesting that you have an AMD GPU and an Nvidia GPU in a Notebook. because you don't.
CampingSnake
Decrease your graphics memory. Graphics Memory is a setting you can decrease. Turning it down a bit will increase the load on your graphics card but reduce the load on your memory. You can also try turning off the new lighting effects, or the particle system. All of these should help, you may only need to do one of the three. Hope I helped. Edited April 1, 2015 by CampingSnake
