Mkilbride Posted April 21, 2015 Share Posted April 21, 2015 I always thought this. The first Forma, it should take 75% of the XP. Second 50%. Third 25%, and every one after that is 25%. It'd reduce the grind abit, and I don't see how it hurts DE. Leveling a weapon 6 times can be boring, or 8 if you get one of those no polarity ones. The trade off is having to re-level the whole f#$!ing weapon all over again. +1 to op, this should have been a thing from the start. Sometimes I see people, who seem to have been around for awhile, who just don't know the basics. Saw this MR12 guy, his best weapon is a 2-Forma Latron Prime. 2! Mine has 5 just to squeeze in all the mods it needs. The DPS trade-off would be like 1/3rd. Some of these people really need to check out Warframe builder... If the use of Formas was changed, it would either make it much harder for newer players to get their gear up to full potential, or would trivialize the past work of veteran players, neither of which is a good thing.
