I think he just felt like sharing Stalker's repetitive messages after his hunt for bosses to kill them in Sanctuary... alas, as Kao said, you cant fight bosses in Simulacrum. I recall them saying in one of the devstreams, something about spawning like.... 50 Lephantis' and Vay Heks and watching them fight. That blows, then.
