Small Catalyst Question

Do I have to use a catalyst on my weapon at lvl 30? or i can use it in the beginning and when it levels itl give me double points, not completely sure so I thought I would ask the pros here.

You can use it whenever you want too. It will give you double points no matter which lvl it is. Pro tip, use it at start to put in better mods as fast as possible.

Any time! It takes effect right away.

It retrospectively gives you 30 more mod capacity if you do it at lvl 30.

 

Basically, doesn't matter what level your weapon or frame is.

any time, it will give you double the mod cap and will stay at max 60 mod cap when you reach level 30, no way to bypass the 60 mod cap.

 

but i recommend it at  first levels if you really like it and need to put mods on it fast

Personally, I wait a long time before using a catalyst, and it is always on a weapon that is 27+

I like to make sure the weapon is worth it, and if you use it at the start, you're taking a gamble.
