Question About Regenerative Molt

Question

It says it regens health over 10 seconds, I have a negative duration build on my Saryn (Molt lasts slightly over 3 seconds) if I have Regenerative Molt, and I cast it, since my Molt pops after 3 seconds, will the regen only last 3 seconds, or is it the full 10?

You'll get 3 or 4 ticks of however much. 

 

Probably 4 ticks, with 50*powerSTR per tick.

 

This is probably going to be a pretty high number. For nuke Saryns, this is going to be over 500 HP healed.

Definitely worth it.

 

 

with the lowest duration build i could make i got about 6-700 health when popping molt...

So power strength increases the amount of health restored?

Number of ticks is affected by power duration.

 

Just to clarify a bit here: it is affected by duration reduction.

 

edit: and to clarify that clarification, it's affected only when duration is reduced to below 10s.

Indeed, you can't go beyond 10 ticks, no matter how much duration you add.

 

With a minimum duration setup, 12.5% (or 11.875% with Chlora) you still get 3 ticks out of RMolt, at 50 * Power_Strength per tick. So with a full 212% strength setup, that's +318 health restored per Molt cast.
