I cant find the mutalist alad v navs anywhere

I have full quest completed in my codex I have the key in my foundry but I cant find any invasions that would reward the navs

am I bugged or is it just another horrible design? I haven't play this game for more less a year and im not sure if I should play it or not again after I see how little have been changed

you get them from invasions.

I'm afraid you'll have to wait until the right kind of invasion appears and be quick. Mutalist Navs invasions are often the first to be completed.

Players can also trade them and the constructed keys if you're desperate but you can find usually one or two Mutalist Nav rewarding infested invasions on mid to high level planets.

It's just random invasions. Usually there is at least one infested invasion per day that offers a coord, sometimes two throughout the day. If you set up alert notifications, or just keep an eye on it, you should be able to catch an alert for a coordinate at least once a day. 

 

I'd average around 1.5 a day when I was actively trying to get them. That's means one key built every 3 days or so, sometimes even faster if you can manage to get two coords a day, but that's dedication, and partly luck.
