Casting Ripline on enemy would cause Ripline to attache to the enemies nearby the cast target and get pullet along with the original target Rank 0 = 2 additional targets pulled with Ripline Rank 1 = 4 additional targets pulled with Ripline Rank 2 = 6 additional targets pulled with Ripline Rank 3 = 8 additional targets pulled with Ripline this would be good combat augument for ripline Edit: There Could be additional effects but can't currently think of any that everybody would prefer. So you would prefer the ripline to just pull one enemy in combat situation? There could be also additional effects with it too. If you got suggestions on what effects do suggest.
