To add @Noamuth for the compressed files(.zip, .7zip, .rar) there is a free unpacker called 7zip. Completely legit. The .nfo (system information files) can be opened with a notepad. To change things in it it needs(the notepad) to be opened with admin privileges. Some instructions are located in them.
