He said U8, which is when it was introduced. It's a mediocre weapon only useful for themed builds or mastery. Don't worry about it, it'll drop when it drops. Don't worry about it, it'll drop when it drops. I got Hate ages ago, leveled it and sold it to make way for a Dakra Prime. I think it was the fourth thing Stalker dropped.
