(PSN)iBoiz
Currently, Toggle ON gets turned off every time we perform certain actions. For example, we have to press on Sprint key every time after aiming/shooting etc Would be nice to make Sprint Toggle On stay ON until you press on Sprint button again. This is especially useful in Parkour 2.0 since you aim/shoot in aim glide. Things that turn off toggle: - Aiming (and actions that uses aiming, ex Aim Glide, Scanning) - Shooting - Wall Latch - Using "Use", "Context Action" buttons (ex Hacking consoles, opening lockers, picking up objects) - Dying Further explanation by TaylorsContraction To elaborate in case people don't fully understand what is being asked here. When sprint toggle is turned ON, players who are simply running will sprint. Any circumstance that stops you from sprinting, will turn of sprint toggle. What we are asking is that whenever sprint toggle is on, and you perform any action that requires walking speed, you will do those actions in WALKING SPEED. But after that action is finished, you will resume sprinting without having to turn sprint toggle back on. Edit: added things that turn off toggle and further explanation. (PSN)Ninja_Reaper_916
We have toggle on off on parkour 1.0 pretty sure we will have it in 2.0 as well
FatherToast
All we need is to have the toggle sprint fixed to not toggle off until you press the toggle sprint button again. Currently, it toggles off when you fire a weapon and probably when you do other things as well, which just makes it annoying to use.

It toggles off if you aim, or shoot. Have to press on Sprint key every time after aiming/shooting. Edited title and op. Its an option for people who don't want sprint and roll in the same key and would rather have them in different keybinds .

shut
And also why the hell is there a: 1. sprint/roll hotkey 2. sprint hotkey 3. roll hotkey ??? DE does this make sense to you ??? Tap to roll, hold to sprint. I don't see the problem? It prevents button clutter and unnecessary hand strain, it's responsive enough to not hinder general gameplay, and it's completely optional. You know who this system harms? Literally nobody. OT: Oh god, having Sprint turn itself off every now and then is so frustrating. I was expecting to be able to permasprint post-U17 since stamina's gone, but the automatic sprint cancels are so obnoxious. Hell, even when I'm holding down Shift nonstop it'll sometimes cancel and I'll have to release and repress again. This adds literally nothing to the game. All I want is a button that basically makes Sprint the "default" movement for my character. I imagine this is what "toggle sprint" is supposed to do, but sadly, it's not really doing its job. I mean, is it really a true "toggle" if, in a typical mission, we press the button ten times to activate it and 0 times to deactivate it? TaylorsContraction
I'm all for this. To elaborate in case people don't fully understand what is being asked here. When sprint toggle is turned ON, players who are simply running will sprint. Right now if you jump / bullet jump sprint toggle is turned off If you aim down sights sprint toggle is turned off Any circumstance that stops you from sprinting, will turn of sprint toggle. What we are asking is that whenever sprint toggle is on, and you perform any action that requires walking speed, you will do those actions in WALKING SPEED. But after that action is finished, you will resume sprinting without having to turn sprint toggle back on.
Scytze
Yes please, I have no problem holding sprint button but having that one finger more to use makes parkour way more fun and easier.
Paradoxbomb
If I'm not mistaken doing bullet jumps and possibly other parkour maneuvers also overrides the Sprint toggle. It would be nice if it remained on after these maneuvers as well.
dendroaspis84
Yeah, I agree with author. Can you De, change a little "Toggle Sprint" option, so it's always ON until you press on Sprint button again to turn it off? My finger hurts from pressing "Shift" button all the time. ReneClaw
hold button for a second or two toggles sprint or jog (makes a build up/build down sound as a cue that is has toggled.) tap is roll.
zetapulse
Pretty much every action aside from melee attacks disables toggle sprint. Hacking terminals disables toggle sprint. Opening lockers disables toggle sprint. Firing a weapon disables toggle sprint. Aiming disables toggle sprint. I just want to be running all the time and automatically slow down whenever I'm shooting or something, why is this so bad? Why do you hate our pinky fingers? Vicious_Vipa
I so much agree with OP.the google search function brought me here because this annoys me so much. If you enable "toggle" and then toggle sprint ON you want to sprint, right ? So why do you have to re-toggle it every few seconds ?? Aside from being incredibly annoying, it really hinders me when I want to perform certain moves and combos. I can only hope that the next update will bring a sprint-toggle that does what its name suggests.
dendroaspis84
I still don't understand why they don't fix this, since most of people wants it. :(
Vicious_Vipa
I still don't understand why they don't fix this, since most of people wants it. :( most people? who would NOT want it fixed ? Its a "toggle" and you can enable or disable it in the menu - there is nothing more to say I think.
