er think something may have been lost in translation here. There are no frames manufactured by any other race. the whole thing is they don't know how. I think during one of the semi story missions with the grineer underwater stuff Alad V said something like "Iv had a look inside the frames and there not what you'd expect" he never said he was able to replicate. the Mesa is just one he managed to throw a control collar on.  and Valkyr is the one he "saw inside" having been ripping apart -not put together.  Not wistanding, ebautiful concept except Mesa prime should totaly be wearing a duster. cause space cowboy-er girl. and perhaps some take on a cowboy hat.

Not entirely sold on the helmet. But then again, do we know what Mesa looks like under the blindfold?
