Filler Bots? Pls?

I already brought this up but having bots take up the vacant seats in a conclave match could really help:

-speed up the match and balance out those pesky 1v2's that people keep finding themselves in.

-CTC tremendously. How many times have you found yourself racing another guy to capture more cephalons up until another player joins the other guy's team and plays defence? You are screwed at that point.

-newbies practice and learn the ropes of actually double jumping and using powers effectively.

-for when you are tired of people quitting and host migrating, and you just want to slay dudes.

Now DE is spread really really really thin, and I know that the team dedicated to conclave is working on balancing out all the new warframes and weapons to add into the PvP scene, so I don't expect this to come anytime soon. Please consider this and think of all the newbies it would help. MR2+? More like git gud quicker!

I really think that, if at all possible, PvP should've had its own servers. Because p2p(peer to peer, not pay to play) in Warframe is already pretty spotty, and while host drops can be kind of tolerable in PvE(when they don't break the run), it kind of breaks the action in PvP.

More OT: Botmatches, filling empty slots with them, and private matchmaking are all some QoL improvements I'd personally love to see in the conclaves.

Not sure if this is a good idea at the moment.

Killing AI could be a lot easier, therefore, those with an AI on their team would simply be giving easy points to their opponents.

On the other hand, if the AI is aim-botting, then the beginners will have a tough time dealing with it.

Before DE can work on a properly scaling AI system, they need to improve the matchmaking system.

And not just a system that doesn't throw people in a 1vs3 match, but also doesn't match skilled players with beginners.

Simple. Implement it so that killing an AI doesn't give points the the opponent, either in reputation or oro. Does this sound unbalanced? Yes. But consider that a 4v2 match was never balanced to begin with, and that an AI opponent won't be as good as a real player unless cheating (no team coordination, understanding of the meta, adapting to the situation, ect).

One of the primary reasons for an AI teammates is to act as meatshields to distract the enemy from the real players.

AI can have modifiable accuracy. DE has shown this with pve enemies.

Mixed feeling abt this.

Wouldn't this BOT filling will wider then gap (in terms for PVP mods) between new & veteran PVP players?

Seeing if how conclave standing is gain most PER kill and not per match (correct if wrong)

Now players can farm/kill BOT a lot faster, and gain lots of standings... than trying to kill a running player...

Too many players that would stand back and wait for a player to engage a bot before peppering them. Other players can react and get out of the way so as not to dual suicide, AI? not so much.

Also the number of players who can one shot you out of the air with a vectis is pretty low. AI could do it every time.

They would either be a nuisance or a tremendously annoying instakill gimmick.
