I Would Like To Reset My Account, Or Delete It And Start Over

I'm starting a new playthrough with a friend, and I don't want to have any advantage over him so I want us both to start from scratch. But I made my accound like 2 years ago and I was playing with a different friend then. its been around 2 years since I last played so a lot has changed and I would like to just start over because of how much has changed, plus its hard for me to learn about the game when i'm just thrust in with already leveled character and equipment, it just confuses me ya'know? So is there any way I can restart from the begining to play with my friend and still use the same email?

In addition to all of that this is my first forum post ever, so excuse any bad manners I may have.

Check your account for a free reset since your account is that old. If you don't I'm pretty sure you are just going to have to make a new email for a new account

Why not just make a brand new frame + weapons and use those to play with your friend?

 

Resetting will cause you to lose the time-exclusive stuff (or gear that has been 'retired') that you might have acquired previously. Are you sure you wanna do this? You might regret it once both you and your friend reach end-game.

Sell everything and use all your resources to build things you dont need and sell those too.

Create a new e-mail account, than create a new WF account.

If you'd like to keep all of the same information, not make a brand new account, and start over-- you should submit a Support Ticket.

To my knowledge, DE will reset accounts if you ask them too, although you will lose everything. Be warned, support times have been pretty slow recently, so don't expect an immediate response.

It doesn't really matter where you are in the game, you can just start a new frame and use new weapons to stay 'balanced' with your friend.

You actually can ask DE support to remove your account.

 

Or just, like, don't use the top tier stuff you have.
