I know that the reset is currently disabled but, i still got a question about it and i hoped you fine people might be able to help me out here.

So i was one of the 50€ Winners of the Facebook Giveaway (April for me) and i wanted to know if i will keep that platinum aswell, why am i asking this?

Well if i do keep that platinum, i'd be able to plan my purchases ahead and yes i know, i really dont have any right to get this platinum, since it was more or less a gift yet i still would like to know if or if not.

All the plat you purchased. Since we from the CB also received extra plat 150. After a reset, these 150 plat are gone. Therefore, you will most likely loose yours as well.

Well this is a good question but they have say before that all the platinum will returned to the account but to be sure send a ticket

Well, yea i allready did send a ticket but we all know that support is kinda bloated right now and reciving an answer is quite hard, since it takes long.

My ticket is allready 4 days old so i thought i ask on the forums.

You can file a ticket with support and they will manually reapply that Platinum. The "winners" are tracked.
