That means that only you will receive the double resource drops while your friends won't. If another friend also buys a resource booster, they will also only receive double the resources. Every person as an individual will get their share of 2x resource... and also drop chance! The boosters are linked to players specific and not to any group. It works the same way that Greedy Pull from Mag works nowadays. Ok bring a Pilfering Swarm with you.... you will all, then, get additiona drops. Resource Drop Chance Booster applies to the whole party (so only 1 person needs to have it. Having more people with it doesn't matter) [Edit] It seems that Resource Drop Chance Booster affects Life Support drop chance.
