In An Effort To Try And Restore My Aiming Skills In Warframe, I Tried This...

Recommended Posts

1. Get a small stretch of land, with my home nearby. 

2. Have my computer be near the door, along with a desk and a chair to sit on. 

3. Log into Warframe. 

4. Open up the Simulacrum, and spawn one single Shield Osprey. 

5. Pause the game. 

6. Go outside, and do suicides until BPM is up to 120-130 (if not, do burpees until BPM is up to 120-130). 

7. Go and try to kill the Osprey. 

8. Repeat steps 1 to 7 until my aim improves. 

 

Thoughts? I am starting to try this so that not only I can improve my aim under stress, I get to train anaerobic strength.

As a CS:GO player, I put my hands under really warm water (usually at the tap) for a few minutes. Then I come back and get them one taps ^^

This guy has a good point. Winter is always a danger season for us.  But I never use warm water...It gets colder after a while...
