JackPS9
I was running a solid 60fps in the ship and in missions before the hotfix, now I'm running everything turned off or on low and only getting 30-40fps.Anyone else having this issue?really just want my game to look beautiful again :(What I'm runningi7-4710MQ @ 2.5GHzAMD Radeon HD8970M16gb RamI saw in the hotfix thread that I wasn't the only person with this issue though, so I'm hoping that it'll get fixed from a hotfix or update at some point. rawr1254
I have to play with the lowest resolution...dont try 800x600 Wow lowering the settings for you actually worked for you? Then...you have...something else wrong...
HidesHisFace
Noticed this as well but only on certain maps/when certain filters are on - for example, during night time maps on Earth. During the day missions fps is mostly stable. Basically - optimization of some effects is messed up currently, lowering your settings won't help. TheNextEvil
Before update 18, I consistently stayed around 60 fps. Afterwards, looking at certain spots in maps will drop me to 30. For some strange reason, when I view the starchart, this also drops my frames to around 30.

It really isnt working, at max resolution 30-40 fps, when it happens 10-15 fps At the lowest resolution 60fps (limited), then when it happens 30fps xD

I'm pretty sure it is an issue with particles or some other effects, like dynamic lighting - Warframe had issues with that before A LOT.
