Galatine Or Mios

Hi.

 

 

Yes i do understand they are different type of weapons.

But i want to ask ''weapon experts'' who is better for ''anything'' type of situation.

 

Mios - multi hit/ longe range/ berserker build possible/good crit chance/

Galatine - Multihit/ medium range/ huge slash damage and tempo royale stance/ has momentum and while swinging i can be knocked down

 

 

These are the good facts that i have experienced.

So im asking you guys....what should i use for ''anything'' type of situation

In all seriousness though, just use whichever one you have more fun with. You don't need to even think about min/maxing gear until you do almost nothing but raids and sorties.

gelatine has very good range and good dmg also my gelatine have 3600 base dmg.... and wen i use it with loki numbers going very high^^

I personally never liked the galatine and love the Mios. My opinion would be a bit too biased on this matter.

I'd generally prefer the Galatine, but the deciding factor (if you are looking for advice) is which Stances I'd have access to.

I agree, use what you see fit and have fun with. Melee is usually a last resort unless you have specific builds going on for it.

 

I'm a big fan of orthos prime myself. With primed reach you can hit enemies a good 7 steps away from you, and it has above average damage to boot. I take utility over pure raw damage.

When it comes to weapons, I would look more into what you plan to do with it and whether or not you actually like the moves of a given stance. I personally haven't used heavy blades in a while, simply because I am no really fond of slow moving weapons in general. Even with Tempo Royale, I still prefer the new Mios and Lacera moves because they work better for my general use (quick melee).
