Need To Understand The Syndicate System

Okay Im currently levelling up my standings in the Arbiters of Hexis (mind you that's the only syndicate I've done so far). But I want to level up my standings in the Cephalon Suda (which is an ally). My question is if i do that,  does that reduce my standings in my current syndicate or does it remain the same since we are allies.

No, if they are allies, wearing Hexis sigil also increase Suda standing and the opposite. Same with medalions. Allies does not decrease standing from each other.

You get X standing in mission (while having daily limit shown above syndicates).

 

You get X+sigil bonus for the syndicate you work for.

You get 50%  of X for the allied syndicate.

You lose 50% for the opposed syndicate and 100% for the enemy syndicate.

 

In total, only X+sigil bonus is deducted.

 

If you want to max out as many syndicates at once as possible, work interchangeably for Steel Meridian and Cephalon Suda (67% for Meridian and 33% for Suda), resulting in +rep for meridian, hexis, suda and veil.
