Banned For No Reason

My clan leader was banned for no reason today. It shows there was activity on his account around 5-6 pm EST but he was on around 12pm (noon) today and not since. He never breaks any rules and is a really nice guy. Is there anyway to prove that his account got hacked or anyway to help him reinstate his account? I know that everyone says they're innocent but it really is a shock to me to think of him being banned. He has never done anything wrong in the game. Please help!

Officials are not allowed to discuss personal matters with other subjects my friend so like my highly postmounted friend above me, I too have to recommend that you send your clan leader to the community support.

 

Hell that must be one hell of a handsome and great clan leader if his members are actively seeking to undo his problem.
