Ivara Prowl Nerf?

Hey guys so after waiting 3 days i've finally been able to play Ivara but something seems wrong.  It was my understanding both from game footage and from youtubers (like potato and AGGP) that prowl basically gave you unlimited stealth at the cost of no energy as long as you didn't move.

 

Well my Ivara loses energy while in prowel from just standing there.  I didn't see this indicated in any patch notes that I can recall.  is anyone else seeing this?

It always drains, it's just much lower when standing still. Get more duration and efficiency and the drain will be very low when standing still.

No, its not Ult, I think it just drains very slowly, and faster when you move

Oh I see.  I guess they just hyped it up then with word play.

Gotcha.  I currently have 130% efficiency.  But still leveling her.  Once I got both that and duration on it should seem much better.

It always drains slowly , move it will drain a bit more ,

When you kill you'll notice it go down much faster

But when she's fully levelled and using primed continuity you can stay in prowl the whole mission almost

Primed Continuity, Streamline and Flow should be enough for a long cloak. I bring Red Veil weapons to top off some juice through kills.
